Leeds integrated agency Finn has made two senior hires as it embarks on its next phase of growth.
Andrew Hovells has joined as Director of Strategy from PHD in Manchester, where he was Strategy Director, and Chris Weston has been appointed as Creative Director from Brave.
Hovells has 20 years’ planning and strategy experience across a number of agencies, including advertising, media, digital and PR. He will play a key role in advancing Finn’s strategic offering.
Weston has more than 12 years’ experience working at fully integrated, through-the-line agencies and on a diverse mix of advertising, promotional, retail, direct, digital and experiential projects.
