Finn has been working with Mary Berry and her range of cakes with Finsbury Food Group since 2017. After a hugely successful launch two years ago, Mary and Finsbury Food Group are now extending the range.
Finsbury challenged Finn to drive awareness of the new cakes with media and retailers. Finsbury was also keen to promote the great success the range has had in such a short space of time.
Finn’s invited media, retailers and influencers to experience afternoon tea at Claridge’s, hosted by Mary herself.
Running against the clock with only four weeks to organise and execute, a thorough plan was essential to the success of the event. From a well-tailored guestlist, the perfectly curated afternoon tea menu, and floral displays to envy Harry and Meghan’s infamous wedding arch, every detail was carefully considered to convey the very essence of Mary’s range.
As a result, the room was full of influencers, trade and consumer media and the entire afternoon ran seamlessly. Amazing content showcasing the range was shared on social media from all that attended.
Overall, the team achieved the perfect event to introduce a new range of products that epitomised class, style and quality. Hurrah!
